What is the return policy?
Please inspect your tubers carefully upon arrival, If you have any issues with your tuber please email me with pictures within 48 hours of arrival. After this time period no refunds will be given
Can my orders be combined?
Yes. To receive a shipping refund, please email Victoriasblooms.co@gmail.com after placing your orders and include all of your order numbers.
How are tubers packaged?
Tubers are individually packaged with vermiculite.
Is local pickup available ?
Yes, Local pick up is available at our Auburn, WA home.
Use Code: "PICKUP" at checkout to waive any shipping charges
Local Pickup date is on April 4 from 9-1PM. If you cannot make this day work we will find another time that works.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship USPS and charge a flat rate of $15
